Corned Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corned beef, cooked and shredded, or 1 can corned beef
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish
  2. Mix well
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes

Serves 6?

  1. 8 ounce package wide noodles, cooked and drained
  2. can corned beef, diced
  3. cup grated Cheddar cheese
  4. can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  5. cup milk
  6. cup chopped onion
  7. Combine everything but noodles
  8. Add noodles and put in a 2-quart baking dish
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes

Yield : 6 servings
