Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken Tacos Slow Cooker


Hawaiian Chicken:

  • 1.5-2lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp Hawaiian sea salt
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke

Chili Lime Mango Salsa:

  • 1 large mango, chopped
  • 2 stalks of green onion, chopped
  • 6 sprigs of cilantro, diced
  • juice of 1 lime.
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • fresh guacamole
  • lettuce leaves


  1. Add the chicken thighs coated with liquid smoke and the Hawaiian sea salt to the crock pot
  2. Cook covered for 5 hours on low until the chicken is done
  3. Shred the chicken

For the salsa, combine the chopped mango, green onions, cilantro, chili and lime and mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes

  1. Place some chicken with the salsa into each lettuce leaf and serve!
