Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Crack eggs into 2-cup round baking dish and whisk
  2. Place dish into the air fryer basket
  3. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
  4. After 5 minutes, stir the eggs and add the butter and cheese
  5. Let cook 3 more minutes and stir again
  6. Allow eggs to finish cooking an additional 2 minutes or remove if they are to your desired liking
  7. Use a fork to fluff
  8. Serve warm
