Keto Curried Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) heavy cream
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked until crisp

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet and saute the curry powder and garlic over medium-low heat for a minute or two
  2. Beat the eggs and cream together, pour into the skillet, and scramble until the eggs are set
  3. Crumble bacon over the top

Makes 1 serving grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 23 grams of protein
