Crock Pot Chicken Wild Rice Soup Slow Cooker


  • 3 cups water
  • 1 14 – oz. can reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 10 3/4 – oz. can reduced-fat and
  • reduced-sodium condensed cream of
  • chicken soup
  • 2/3 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey (about 1 lb.)
  • 2 cups shredded fresh spinach


  1. Use a 4 quart cooker and pour the water in, along with the broth, chicken soup, raw rice, thyme, and seasoning
  2. Place the lid on, and switch to low for 8hrs, or high for 4hrs
  3. Finish with adding the chicken and spinach
