Chicken Rice Casserole Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g) low-salt onion soup mix
  • 2¼ cups (535 ml) water
  • 1 cup (185 g) uncooked long-grain rice
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  2. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours
  3. Stir occasionally
  4. Yield: 6 servings
  5. Per serving: 187 g water; 215 calories (8% from fat, 37% from protein, 55% from carb)
