Ingredients
- 4 frozen skinless boneless chicken breast
- garlic salt to taste.
- 2 Tbsps. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 14 oz can of coconut milk (full fat) 1 14 oz
- 1 can diced tomatoes and juice 1 cup of chicken broth
- sea salt and pepper to taste.
Method
- Add all the ingredients in the crock pot then cook on low for 9 hours
- Shred the chicken after and set the crock pot on warm until it is ready to serve
