Chicken And Broccoli Casserole Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup (185 g) uncooked long-grain rice
- 700 ml low-salt chicken broth
- 10 ounces 280 g low-salt cream of chicken soup
- 280 g chopped cooked chicken breast
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup (115 g) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pound (455 g) frozen broccoli, thawed
Method
- Combine all ingredients except broccoli in slow cooker
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low 6 to 7 hours
- One hour before end of cooking time, stir in broccoli
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 201 g water; 251 calories (28% from fat, 31% from protein, 41% from carb)
