Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 pound ground chicken thigh meat
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
- Separate into four even parts
- Cut out four (6) circles of parchment and press each portion of the chicken mixture out onto one of the circles
- Place into the air fryer basket, working in batches as needed
- Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
- Flip the crust halfway through the cooking time
- Once fully cooked, you may top it with cheese and your favorite toppings and cook 5 additional minutes
- Or, you may place crust into refrigerator or freezer and top when ready to eat
