Crock Pot Ground Chicken And Brown Rice Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 10oz. Can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom 98%fat free,
  • 16 oz Ground Chicken
  • 14oz. Broth 100% fat free, 33% less sodium
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms, fresh
  • ½ Cup Celery, diced
  • ½ Onions, chopped
  • 1 Cup Fat free half and half
  • 1 Cup Peas, frozen
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 cups prepared Brown Rice


  1. In a saucepan brown the mushroom, chicken, celery, onion and pressed garlic
  2. Add the chicken mix, broth and cream of mushroom in the crock pot
  3. Cook; 3 to 3 ½ hours on a high heat setting
  4. Cook the rice 1 hour before serving
  5. Half an hour before serving add the cream to the crock pot
  6. Immediately before serving, add the peas to the pot
