Crock Pot Bacon Chicken With Sour Cream Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 8 bacon slices
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (10 oz ) cans roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup flour (all purpose or gluten free blend)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the slices of bacon in a skillet and leave on a low heat
  2. When the rashers of bacon are pliable drain the oil using paper towels
  3. Cover each chicken piece with a slice of bacon and lay in a crock pot
  4. Combine the mushroom soup, cream and the flour in a bowl and whisk well
  5. Pour the flour mixture over the chicken pieces
  6. Place lid and cook for 6-8 hours on low until the mixture is cooked
  7. Transfer the cooked chicken into a platter
  8. Whisk the sauce inside the crock pot and pour over the chicken
