Air Fryer Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  • 200g Boneless chicken cube
  • 20ml Vinegar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 20g Roasted besan
  • 50g Hung curd
  • 5g Chilli powder
  • 5g Garam masala powder
  • 5g Red chilli
  • 10g Ginger garlic paste
  • butter for brushing
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Clean, wash and pat dry chicken
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except oil and marinate the chicken for 2-3 hrs
  3. Pre heat the Airfryer at 180oC
  4. Brush the chicken with butter and air fry for about 6-10 minutes or till the surface starts browning
  5. Serve hot with onion rings and chutney
