Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 1/4 cup granular erythritol
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until pecans are coated
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 6 minutes
- Toss two to three times during cooking
- Allow to cool completely
- Store in an airtight container up to 3 days
