Air Fryer Spinach Artichoke Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickle jalapenos
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix butter, onion, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream
  2. Fold in jalapenos, spinach, cauliflower, and artichokes
  3. Pour the mixture into a 4-cup round baking dish
  4. Cover with foil and place into the air fryer basket
  5. Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
  6. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to brown the top
  7. Serve warm
