Air Fryer Hara Kabab Recipe


  • 100g Potato
  • 50g Peas
  • 50g Spinach
  • 1 chopped Green chilli
  • 5g Chaat masala
  • oil for brushing
  • salt to taste


  1. Boil and mash peas and potatoes
  2. Boil and finely chop the spinach
  3. Mix all the ingredients with the masalas
  4. Divide the ingredients into 6 equal balls
  5. Press each ball between your palms to give them a tikki shape
  6. Pre heat the Airfryer at 200oC
  7. Brush the Tikkis with oil and air fry at 180oC for 10 minutes or till slightly golden brown on the outside
  8. Serve hot with chutney
