Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 2 (4-ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Method
- Place each fillet on a 5 x 5 square of aluminum foil
- Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder
- Zest half of the lemon and sprinkle zest over salmon
- Slice other half of the lemon and lay two slices on each piece of salmon
- Sprinkle dill over salmon
- Gather and fold foil at the top and sides to fully close packets
- Place foil packets into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 12 minutes
- Salmon will be easily flaked and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F when fully cooked
- Serve immediately
