Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 2 ounces pork rinds
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
Method
- In a large bowl, toss pork rinds and butter
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and erythritol, then toss to evenly coat
- Place pork rinds into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
- Serve immediately
