Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Pork Rinds Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 2 ounces pork rinds
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol

Method

  1. In a large bowl, toss pork rinds and butter
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and erythritol, then toss to evenly coat
  3. Place pork rinds into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
  5. Serve immediately
