Air Fryer Radish Chips Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pound radishes
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Method

  1. Place water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil on stovetop
  2. Remove the top and bottom from each radish, then use a mandoline to slice each radish thin and uniformly
  3. You may also use the slicing blade in the food processor for this step
  4. Place the radish slices into the boiling water for 5 minutes or until translucent
  5. Remove them from the water and place them into a clean kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture
  6. Toss the radish chips in a large bowl with remaining ingredients until fully coated in oil and seasoning
  7. Place radish chips into the air fryer basket
  8. Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
  9. Shake the basket two or three times during the cooking time
  10. Serve warm
