Air Fryer Crispy Fish Sticks Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4 (4 sticks per serving).

  • 1 ounce pork rinds, finely ground
  • 1/4 cup blanched finely ground almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pound cod fillet, cut into 3/4 strips

Method

  1. Place ground pork rinds, almond flour, Old Bay seasoning, and coconut oil into a large bowl and mix together
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk egg
  3. Dip each fish stick into the egg and then gently press into the flour mixture, coating as fully and evenly as possible
  4. Place fish sticks into the air fryer basket
  5. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 10 minutes or until golden
  6. Serve immediately
