Air Fryer Shahi Tukda Recipe


  • 1 slice White bread
  • 600ml Milk
  • 30g Sugar
  • chopped nuts
  • 2g Green cardamom powder


  1. Cut the bread slice diagonally into fours
  2. Pre heat the Airfryer at 200oC for 3 minutes
  3. Place the bread in the Airfryer and set the timer to 5 minutes at a temperature of 160oC
  4. The bread should be cooked until toasted well
  5. In the meantime, add the sugar and cardamom powder to the milk and heat over a gas top
  6. Remove the bread from the Airfryer and soak it in the milk for
  7. 10-15 seconds Carefully remove the soaked slices and place them on the plate in which it is to be served
  8. Cook the remaining milk at low-medium heat until it thickens and becomes creamy (resembling the consistency of rabri)
  9. Before serving, spread the thickened milk over the bread slices, Garnish with the chopped nuts
