Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 2 (6-ounce) cans lump crabmeat
- 1/4 cup blanched finely ground almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons full-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Method
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
- Form into four balls and flatten into patties
- Place patties into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Flip patties halfway through the cooking time
- Serve warm
