Ingredients
- 1 slab baby back ribs
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 scallion, minced
- ½ tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 small jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Method
- Place all ingredients in a jumbo zip plastic bag, seal, and marinate overnight
- Stand the ribs vertically in the fry basket, reserving the marinade
- Put the basket and pan into the AIR FRYER
- Set temperature to 350 and the timer for 35 minutes
- While the ribs are cooking, place the marinade in a sauce pan
- Cook over medium high until reduced by half, approximately five minutes
- When cook time is complete, brush the ribs with the marinade
- Place ribs back in the basket and cook for another 30 minutes
- Cut ribs apart and serve with marinade on the side for dipping
