Air Fryer Peppercorn-Crusted Beef Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 6.

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons minced roasted garlic
  • 3 tablespoons ground 4-peppercorn blend
  • 1 (2-pound) beef tenderloin, trimmed of visible fat

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix the butter and roasted garlic
  2. Brush it over the beef tenderloin
  3. Place the ground peppercorns onto a plate and roll the tenderloin through them, creating a crust
  4. Place tenderloin into the air fryer basket
  5. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
  6. Turn the tenderloin halfway through the cooking time
  7. Allow meat to rest 10 minutes before slicing
