Ingredients
SERVES 6.
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons minced roasted garlic
- 3 tablespoons ground 4-peppercorn blend
- 1 (2-pound) beef tenderloin, trimmed of visible fat
Method
- In a small bowl, mix the butter and roasted garlic
- Brush it over the beef tenderloin
- Place the ground peppercorns onto a plate and roll the tenderloin through them, creating a crust
- Place tenderloin into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
- Turn the tenderloin halfway through the cooking time
- Allow meat to rest 10 minutes before slicing
