Crock Pot Orange And Coconut Aminos Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe


  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioners
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos or organic
  • tamari sauce (soy sauce).
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
  • ½ tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp orange oil/extract
  • ¼ tsp fish sauce
  • 1½ lbs. chicken legs or thighs


  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 4 green onions, sliced


  1. Combine the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and mix well until smooth in consistency
  2. The sauce once prepared may separate if it is kept for too long
  3. Warm gently and whisk well to combine the sauce again
  4. Place the chicken legs or thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the meat
  5. Cover the meat with an aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven (375F) for about 45-50 minutes
  6. Best to serve with pasta or Quest pasta as required
