Ingredients
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 whole chickens, diced
- 1 in 14 oz coconut cream
- 1 cup water yellow bell peppers, chopped into cubes
- 1 medium yellow squash, chopped into cubes
- 1 tbsp yellow curry paste
- 4 tomatoes
Method
- Brown the onions in a pan with crushed garlic in olive oil
- Put all the vegetables in the crock pot along with the onions and the garlic
- Add the chicken to the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or for 4 hours on high
