Keto Maple-Spice Country-Style Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds (1.4 kg) country-style pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sugar-free pancake syrup
  • 3 tablespoons (4.5 g) Splenda
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • -to taste- cayenne

Method

  1. Put the ribs in a slow cooker
  2. In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients
  3. Pour the mixture over the ribs
  4. Cover the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for 9 hours
