Keto Hot Asian Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pounds (1.8 kg) country-style pork ribs
  • 4 scallions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup (8 g) Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Method

  1. Put the ribs in a slow cooker
  2. In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients
  3. Pour the sauce over the ribs
  4. Cover the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for 8 to 9 hours

Makes 6 servings
