Spicy Chicken Curry Indian Recipe
Ingredients
- Serves: 4
- 4 chicken thighs, boneless and cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 14 oz can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Add ginger, chilies, garlic, and onion into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat oil in the pan over medium heat.
- Add blended puree into the pan and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add spices and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add flour and tomatoes into the pan and stir well.
- Refill tomato can halfway with water and adds in the pan.
- Stir well.
- Add chicken into the slow cooker and season with pepper and salt.
- Pour pan mixture over the chicken with lemon juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
