Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
  • 3 whole carrots 8 whole ribs
  • celery
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • clove garlic
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2-2/3 cup store bought buffalo sauce
  • optional: 2 tbsp butter.


  1. Place the chicken breast in the crock pot
  2. Spread the garlic, carrots, celery ribs, onion and garlic on the meat
  3. Pour the broth over the ingredients and adjust seasonings
  4. Allow to cook for about 4 hours on high
  5. Keep aside 1/3 cup of the mixture and remove the rest of the ingredients including the vegetables
  6. Shred the meat, mix in with the buffalo sauce and butter
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes and serve warm
