Ingredients
- Serves: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, diced
- 1/3 cup quinoa
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 3/4 cups apples, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
Method
- Add all ingredients except quinoa into the slow cooker and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add quinoa and stir well.
- Cook for another 35 minutes.
- Stir well and serve.
