Ingredients
- Serves: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs, skinless, boneless and cut into halves
- 1 small cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 28 oz can tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Method
- Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
