Chinese Noodle Crunch Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 6
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup Celery – chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Chow Mein Noodles – 5 oz

Method

  1. In large skillet, brown beef; drain well.
  2. Stir in celery, onions, and soups.
  3. Spoon into greased 9×13″ pyrex baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle Chow Mein noodles on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
