Mediterranean Crock Pot Chicken Breasts With Onions Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 2 Cups Chopped Onion
  • ½ Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • ½ Cup Julienne-cut Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp McCormick’s Mediterranean Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black pepper
  • 2½ lbs of Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ cup of Low Sodium Chicken Stock


  1. Heat a skillet and brown the chicken breasts on both sides
  2. Insert the browned meat into a crock pot
  3. Toss in the rest of the ingredients, cover the crock pot and cook for about 6 hours
  4. Once the meat is tender, remove from the crock pot and serve warm with brown rice
