Papaya Paradise Smoothie


Makes 2 servings

  • 2 fresh ripe papayas, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup chilled pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup chilled unsweetened coconut milk (optional)
  • fresh strawberries or pineapple chunks, for garnish (optional)


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the papayas, bananas, pineapple juice and coconut milk, if using until well blended
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries or pineapple chunks, if using
  3. Serve immediately
