  • 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter or cashew butter
  • 11/2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk or cashew milk or hemp milk
  • handful of ice cubes (if desired).

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender
  2. Blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes
