Serves: 15.

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1 teaspoons cloves
  • 1 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 10 drops EZ-sweetz (liquid sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Melt the coconut oil, heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the sweetener, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla extract and stir well to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  4. Once they have completely hardened, remove from the molds.
  5. Keep the candies stored in the fridge.
