Keto Salmon Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 15.

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup grass fed butter
  • 3.5 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dill, divided
  • a pinch of salt (optional).

Method

  1. Place the cream cheese, butter, salmon, lemon, 1 tablespoon dill and salt (if using) in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
  2. Form into balls and chill in the fridge.
  3. Serve garnished with the remaining dill.
