Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) container vegan cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons vegan margarine
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and margarine together with an electric mixer on highspeed until well blended
  2. Add the sugar and vanilla, then beat until light and fluffy
  3. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
