Butterscotch Haystacks Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 12 ounces butterscotch morsels
- 1 cup peanuts – salted
- 3 ounces chow mein noodles
Method
- Melt butterscotch in top of double boiler over hot water (not boiling).
- When smooth add peanuts and noodles.
- Stir until nuts and noodles are covered with butterscotch.
- Spoon drop on wax paper.
