Southwest Chipotle Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 can chipotle peppers in adobo (7oz can)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dried herbs

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Pour into a squeezable bottle
  3. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
  4. Serve as a snack with Nachos
