Ingredients
Prep Time: 10 Minutes – Start to Finish: 30 Minutes – Makes 10 biscuits
- 2 cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
- cup shortening
- cup milk
- 3 eggs
Method
- Heat oven to 400°F
- Place Bisquick mix in large bowl
- Cut in shortening, using pastry blender or fork, until mixture looks like coarse crumbs
- Stir in remaining ingredients until soft dough forms
- Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 3 inches apart
- Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until golden brown
