Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients

Prep Time: 10 Minutes – Start to Finish: 30 Minutes – Makes 10 biscuits

  • 2 cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • cup shortening
  • cup milk
  • 3 eggs

Method

  1. Heat oven to 400°F
  2. Place Bisquick mix in large bowl
  3. Cut in shortening, using pastry blender or fork, until mixture looks like coarse crumbs
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients until soft dough forms
  5. Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 3 inches apart
  6. Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until golden brown
