Crab And Egg Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 C. crab
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • paprika
  • butter, melted for ramekins

Method

  1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else and grease 6 ramekins with the melted butter
  2. Ina bowl, add the milk, eggs, dill, salt and pepper and beat until well combined
  3. Add the crab and cheese and gently, stir to combine
  4. Place the mixture into the prepared ramekins evenly and sprinkle with the paprika
  5. Cook in the oven for about 40-45 minutes
