Calories Burned Welding DIY

Welding includes machine tooling, machining, working sheet metal, machine fitter, operating lathe, welding in general. Underwater welding is not included being specialized. Calories burned are averaged. To find the calories for light-to-moderate welding go to the next lower weight category. For heavier work use the next higher weight category. This will give you a more accurate result.

Also bear in mind your working conditions. If you are hot and sweating you will naturally burn more calories. If welding is a full time job for you, ie you are doing it all day every day then Calories Burned Welding will be more accurate.
