Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Onion Rings

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 large onion, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 8 slices sugar-free bacon

Method

  1. Slice onion into 1/4-thick slices
  2. Brush sriracha over the onion slices
  3. Take two slices of onion and wrap bacon around the rings
  4. Repeat with remaining onion and bacon
  5. Place into the air fryer basket
  6. Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
  7. Use tongs to flip the onion rings halfway through the cooking time
  8. When fully cooked, bacon will be crispy
  9. Serve warm
