Mango-Ponzu Dipping Sauce


Makes about 1 1/4 cups

  • 1 cup diced ripe mango
  • 1 tablespoon ponzu sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asian chili paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water, plus more if needed


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth, adding another tablespoon of water if a thinner sauce is desired
  2. Transfer to a small bowl
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use
  4. This sauce is best used on the same day it is made
