Keto Xo Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 tablespoons Salt
  • 1/2 tblsp sugar substitute
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil
  • 1 whole Garlic Bulb
  • 6 pieces Dried Shallot
  • 1/4 cup Dried shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Dried scallops
  • 1/4 cup Dried chili pepper
  • 3-4 fresh chili pepper

Method

  1. Wash and soak dried scallop couple hours until it’s soft
  2. Wash and soak dried small shrimps for 15-30 minutes
  3. Drain both and chop fine
  4. Peel the garlic and shallot and blend a little in a chopper
  5. Soak dried chili peppers for 10-15 minutes before blending them in a chopper
  6. Heat up 3- 5 cups of vegetable oil in a pot
  7. Then, turn the heat to medium-low, add chopped shallots, garlic and dried and fresh chili peppers
  8. Next, add chopped dried scallops and shrimps
  9. Keep stirring and simmering for 5 minutes
  10. Add salt and sugar, mix well and simme for another 15-20 minutes
