Ingredients

• Serving Size : 1
• 7 ounces italian tuna packed in oil
• 1/4 stick butter
• 20 milliliters garlic – chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup white wine – salt and pepper to t
• 1 28 ounce ca chopped peeled tomatoes

Method

1. Melt butter and tuna oil in pan.
2. Saute garlic for 2 min, until golden.
3. Add tuna and cook 5 min Add tomatoes, wine and parsley, salt and pepper and cook on low heat 30 min Serve over cooked, drained pasta.
