Dijon Fish Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
- 1¼ pounds (570 g) orange roughy fillets
- 2 tbsps (22 g) Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsps (42 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
Method
- Cut fillets to fit in slow cooker
- In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients together
- Pour sauce over fish
- Cover and cook on low 3 hours or until fish flakes easily but is not dry or overcooked
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 119 g water; 191 calories (47% from fat, 50% from protein, 2% from carb)
