Dijon Fish Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1¼ pounds (570 g) orange roughy fillets
  • 2 tbsps (22 g) Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsps (42 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice

Method

  1. Cut fillets to fit in slow cooker
  2. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients together
  3. Pour sauce over fish
  4. Cover and cook on low 3 hours or until fish flakes easily but is not dry or overcooked
  5. Yield: 4 servings
  6. Per serving: 119 g water; 191 calories (47% from fat, 50% from protein, 2% from carb)
