Mustard-Lemon Aioli Pressure Cooker Recipe


Makes about 1 cup

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons coarse-grained Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


  1. Using a mortar with pestle, mash the garlic with the salt until a paste forms (or mince the garlic and mix it with salt)
  2. Transfer the garlic mixture to small bowl
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients
  4. Will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 days
