Lemon Yogurt Preserve Pressure Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 1¼ cups

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ preserved lemon, pulp discarded, peel thoroughly rinsed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flatleaf parsley or cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or preserved lemon juice from jar
  • ½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir with a fork until thoroughly blended
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop before using
  3. Keeps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
